We offer tracked shipping only.

Processing of your order is 24h - 48h, after packing we send you all tracking information via email. Package then takes 2-3 days to arrive in Europe and 4-7 business days to arrive outside of Europe. All packages are registered.


Wrong delivery address


If you enter a wrong or incomplete delivery address, you must contact us immediately. We will not be able to refund you for your order if it gets lost. If the order is returned to us, then we will offer to refund your order (Minus postage) Or ask you to pay postage again to send it out a second time with the correct address.

Unclaimed items

Orders returned to us marked as ‘unclaimed’ by the postal service will either be refunded by request or shipped again with an additional fee.
